software tools for multicategory receiver operating
characteristic analysis

To support researchers in their multicategory ROC analysis, we have
developed two tools in different computing environments: a HUM
package for R with Shiny web application and HUM Calculator
program for Windows, which enables the user computing the HUM
values, plotting and analyzing multicategory ROC curves with a user-friendly, object oriented and flexible interface
